Jobber

Jobber
   A middleman or intermediary in the fashion industry who buys from a wholesaler to sell to a retailer or manufacturer. Textile jobbers carry inventory and then sell their fabric to manufacturers. An apparel jobber expedites the apparel production process but contracts out the cutting and sewing tasks.
